A paper will appear in the conference program if at least one of the authors registers. At least one author of an accepted paper is expected to attend and present the paper at the conference. If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors need to register separately by paying the applicable registration fee. Non-presented papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library as per IEEE no-show policy.

• All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
• Each conference registration fee includes the expenses of a conference kit with conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, refreshments during sessions, lunches, conference dinner, and a $22 USD charge for inclusion of paper in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
• In order to participate virtually (only foreign authors), authors need to register the paper with 70% of the regular payment. Registration kit will not be available for virtual registration.
• For the local authors, both the virtual and offline presentations are available. In that case, no discount on registration fees is applicable for virtual presentations. The conference kit will be available for both cases.
• International student authors may receive a grant of up to $50 for one registration, subject to approval by the conference committee.
